A person sitting with legs crossed, surrounded by various handwritten words and drawings in red on a black background, including phrases like "For Manges", "Not acceptable?", "Send it!", and other random words and symbols.

FKD represents my journey, full of twists and turns. It comes from a place of struggle, passion and dedication to be always improving, learning as well as creating. Logo design and thinking about how that applies and lives in as part of a larger brand system is one of my passions.
Illustration is how I express ideas.

Jose Lule-Juarez, is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Oregon, tucked away in a little known town in the middle of somewhere.

Born in Guanajuato, Mexico he moved to the Willamette Valley at the age of 9 years old. Learning English with no help from the school programs or teachers. He always had a love for art. Being able to focus on a drawing and zone out of the chatter that he could not understand. Through dedication and hard work, he managed to learn English and go onto university as first generation student.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Portland State University. Brand, design systems, typography and Illustration are his passion and focus. His perseverance, dedication, work ethic, and drive to push boundaries and question those boundaries in place are qualities that are part of him and his work.

Aside from doodling and developing his illustration style, he loves working on his lowrider Vicky, cruising, jamming out to cumbias, oldies or whatever is on the playlist.
